AI Platform Engineering

Building a serverless agent system that classifies, diagnoses, and drafts resolutions for ServiceNow tickets from a 150+ user data platform processing 8,000+ jobs each day.

  • Routes six root-cause categories through EventBridge and Lambda to a Bedrock supervisor that delegates retrieval and diagnosis work.
  • Uses Step Functions and API Gateway callbacks for human approval before writing resolution notes to ServiceNow or updating the knowledge base.
  • Reduced diagnosis from roughly 60 minutes to under 5; designed the routine-ticket path to resolve about 40% of request work.
  • Added Dynatrace/Graylog observability and dev/UAT/prod delivery through EKS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.

Founder & Lead Developer

CREATE-X S26

Building a requirements engine that turns raw notes and transcripts into technical specs, linked product artifacts, and interactive prototypes.

  • Maintains an artifact graph of 50+ cross-linked PRD sections, user stories, test cases, timelines, and prototype blocks.
  • Uses schema-constrained outputs and a PatternRegistry so generated designs stay inside valid application patterns instead of drifting between edits.
  • Applies atomic patches that map visual blocks back to PRD section IDs, updating only the affected requirements and prototype components.
  • Serving 3 pilot teams; backed by $25K in Microsoft for Startups funding and named a Klaus Startup Challenge finalist.

Project Lead

15-person team

Leading the 15-person team turning Graption from a hackathon prototype into a persistent accessibility platform for speaker-aware captions and missed-context recovery.

  • Re-architected the product around React Native, FastAPI, WebSockets, and PostgreSQL for real-time mobile caption delivery.
  • Combines OpenCV/MediaPipe visual features, Whisper transcripts, and audio events to identify who spoke and where they were located.
  • Reached 0.74 F1 on 8 hours of audio-video at 30 FPS and under 1.5 seconds latency; conversation retrieval reconstructs context a user missed.

Software Engineering Intern

Fintech

Automated recurring revenue and billing workflows in Oracle ORMB through Python ETL pipelines on AWS Lambda and S3.

  • Built reconciliation checks and staging-data validation that caught incomplete or inconsistent records before they reached production billing.
  • Trained a random forest anomaly detector with 0.88 precision and 0.79 recall, surfacing 21 misbilled records.
  • Implemented Spring Boot/MySQL pricing APIs plus SQL and ORMB configuration templates for new billing scenarios.

Robotics & ML

Built a ROS2 and MuJoCo spacecraft simulator coordinating 8 agents at 500 Hz with physics, GNC, onboard vision, and formation control in the loop.

  • Generated structured simulation rollouts for decentralized learning rather than relying on expensive physical test data.
  • Trained coordination models across roughly 500 rollouts, reducing simulated fuel cost by approximately 20% while maintaining collision-free trajectories.

Accessibility AI Winner

Graption

Identifies the active speaker from audio, lip movement, and gestures, then places live captions near that person. A retrieval layer lets users ask what they missed using the stored transcript and surrounding conversation.

  • React Native ↔ FastAPI WebSocket caption stream
  • 0.74 F1 · 30 FPS · <1.5s end-to-end latency
  • OpenCV · MediaPipe · Whisper · PostgreSQL

Multi-agent Spacecraft Simulation

A high-fidelity digital testbed where each spacecraft runs its own perception and control loop. ROS2 coordinates agent messages while MuJoCo produces 500 Hz physics data for learning formation control without physical hardware.

  • 8 independently controlled spacecraft agents
  • ~500 labeled rollouts for decentralized training
  • ~20% lower simulated fuel cost

IoT · Energy Best Use of Vultr

Gridly

Controlled a physical smart plug in Kennesaw from the web app in Atlanta through a bidirectional WebSocket channel. The cloud service combined live grid-carbon data with user deadlines, and a Vultr agent returned structured schedules for when the device should run.

  • Real hardware test across two Georgia cities
  • Vultr VPS API · AI Agents · PostgreSQL
  • Electricity Maps data for low-carbon scheduling

Multi-agent simulation Most Innovative Hack

Echolocate

An economic-policy simulator where 25 AI residents perceive a proposed policy, retrieve memories, form plans, influence neighbors, and act across a live pixel-art city.

  • LangGraph agent orchestration across 15 simulation rounds
  • Real-time FastAPI WebSocket stream into Next.js and Phaser
  • Moonshot Award at Bitcamp UMD

Financial AI codeLinc10 Winner

FinMate

A benefits assistant that retrieves policy context from S3, generates grounded answers with Claude on Bedrock, and can call tools to change the user’s dashboard rather than only returning text.

  • 13/15 grounded-answer evaluation score
  • Titan embeddings · Bedrock Guardrails · tool calling
  • CloudWatch tracing and least-privilege IAM

Talking Fingers

Apple Vision converts hand and body observations into normalized SignFrame references. Static signs use geometric joint matching; dynamic signs use DTW over handshape and wrist trajectories to score a live attempt against the template.

  • 37 reference signs, including dynamic J and Z motions
  • Handshape + shoulder-relative trajectory scoring
  • SwiftUI camera view streams confidence into lessons

BuyWise

A Chrome extension that turns Keepa product-price histories into time-series features, forecasts the likely price direction, and gives a buy-or-wait recommendation inside the shopping flow.

  • Keepa API history → feature pipeline → forecast
  • Recommendation appears without leaving the product page
  • Designed to explain the timing signal, not just show a score

SkillSwap

A peer skill-exchange app where I worked on the AI generation pipeline. Core ML and Apple Foundation Models turn a user’s selected skill into lesson plans and quizzes, then feed completion data into personalized progress statistics.

  • On-device generation keeps the learning flow responsive
  • Structured outputs connect lessons, quizzes, and stats

04 · About

I like owning the full path from prototype to working system.

I’m pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. My work has ranged from deploying AWS agents into an enterprise support workflow to controlling a physical smart plug across cities and training spacecraft policies in simulation.

I tend to work closest to the difficult seams: structured model outputs, real-time data pipelines, evaluation, human approval steps, and the interface that makes the result useful. Outside engineering, I play tennis and violin and spend as much time hiking as Atlanta permits.
